Dr. Pramod Arora - President and Owner

Dr. Pramod K Arora is one of the most foremost-awarded executives in the field of ophthalmics and nano science. Exceptionally well organized and resourceful Professional with more than forty five years experience and a solid academic background in medicinal scientific, nanotechnology research, real estate and financial management; excellent analytical and problem solving skills; able to handle multiple projects while producing high quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment to support clients.

He has received his Doctor of Philosophy at Central Drug Research Institute Lucknow (UP, India) and Post Doctorate Fellow at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. As an inventor, he owns more than 10 US & worldwide patents and published more than 40 Scientific research papers. 

Neha Arora - Director of Operations

Miss Arora started with Innovation Chemical Technologies in 2007. She returned after graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in Biology. In 2017, she assumed the position of Director of Operations where she leads the R&D and Management Teams. Neha is a seasoned professional with a focus on management, operations, and charity work.
